Never. Your CV and details will not be presented to any firm without your explicit approval for each opportunity. You can also request to be registered confidentially, in which case we approach firms on your behalf without disclosing your identity until you choose to proceed.

Absolutely. Many of the best moves start with "I'm not actively looking." Registering means that when something genuinely compelling comes up — better compensation, a stronger culture, a path to leadership — you'll hear about it. You're under no obligation to move if nothing fits.
