Never. Before we approach any firm on your behalf, we will tell you who they are and why we think they're a good fit. You have the right to say no to any firm, for any reason — and we won't question you on it. Your resume does not move without your explicit approval.
Absolutely — some of our best placements are for candidates who weren't actively looking. If you register with us and indicate that you're open to hearing about exceptional opportunities, we'll only contact you when something comes up that genuinely warrants your attention. No spam, no pressure.
It varies, but most of our candidates are in interviews within two to three weeks of our initial call, and placed within six to ten weeks. If you have a specific timeline — for example, you don't want to move until after busy season — we'll work around it.
Yes. Specialist experience is often harder to place precisely because generalist recruiters don't understand it — and therefore can't represent it well.
