What firms ask us

Most placements are handled on a contingency basis at a flat 25% of first-year base salary, regardless of seniority — you only pay when a candidate accepts an offer and starts. For Director-level and above, we offer an executive search arrangement with a retainer and a more dedicated, discretion-first process. Our fee structure is always confirmed in writing before any search begins.

We start introducing candidates as soon as we find people who genuinely fit the brief — that's usually within a couple of weeks of the discovery call, sometimes sooner, sometimes longer depending on the role. We don't believe in firing off generic candidates to look busy, so pace varies by seniority and specialism. We'll set honest expectations during the discovery call and keep you updated throughout.

All placements include a 90-day guarantee. If a placed candidate leaves or is let go for performance reasons within that period, we will conduct a replacement search at no additional fee. Full terms are set out in our assignment agreement.
