How our fees work

We keep our fee structure deliberately simple — no sliding scales, no hidden tiers, and every figure confirmed in writing before any search begins.

  • Contingency searches: flat 25% of first-year base salary, regardless of seniority — paid only on successful placement
  • Executive search: retainer-based engagement for Director-level and above, with bespoke structure confirmed before commencement
  • All placements include a written guarantee period
  • No fee, ever, charged to candidates

Full terms are provided in our standard engagement agreement before any search commences.
