Pay on placement
For most associate, senior, and manager-level hires. You only pay a fee when a candidate accepts an offer and starts — nothing upfront, no exclusivity required.
Director-level and above
For senior, critical, or hard-to-fill roles at Director level and above. A formal retainer secures priority focus, exclusive representation, and a deeper, more deliberate process — handled with full discretion from the first conversation onward.
